The Red Shoe room was amazing, with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in during a hotel stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The location near the Spanish Steps and lively bars was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, and they even kept it open for us when we were running late. The entrance had a secure and exclusive feel, which I liked.

I stayed at this hotel and was blown away by how convenient the location was. It was situated near lots of great shopping areas and attractions like VIA FRATTINA and the Spanish Steps. The room was also very comfortable and included lots of great amenities, like an in-room safe, flat-screen tv, and air conditioning. Additionally, I was very impressed with the prompt and attentive service I received from the staff at this venue. It was clear that they cared about my experience and were willing to go above and beyond to make it memorable.

The suite we booked had a luxurious decoration and a fine city view. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a large TV and a Nespresso machine. We loved being able to open the windows and enjoy the fresh air while overlooking the fountain. The handy tablet provided in the room was helpful for navigating the city and making restaurant reservations. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel made it convenient for us to explore the nearby cafes and restaurants. We also loved that it was close to the port, allowing us to easily catch a train. The neighborhood where the hotel is situated felt safe and had a vibrant atmosphere, making it a great place to stay. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and had a luxurious feel to it, with a stunning view of the city.

The service at breakfast was lacking, as there was no one available to take our orders for hot drinks. the shower in our room had a tendency to run cold, which was quite inconvenient.

Great breakfast with made-to-order omelets, nice surprise on last day. Excellent location near Spanish Steps. Each floor has unique theme. a fantastic place with friendly staff, spacious rooms, and a bed that is the best I've ever slept in. Will definitely return.
